Accessories include a pair of AMD brackets (note the Intel brackets come pre-fitted because most people are likely to use this cooler with Intel), a backplate, thermal paste, a manual and a dual 4 pin to single 4 pin cable to save motherboard header usage to only one input.

Additional mounting hardware such as screws, spacers, anti-vibration pads and so on are also included.
