Hong Kong-set open world shooter Sleeping Dogs will be set loose on 17th August in the UK, publisher Square Enix has announced.
US gamers get it the same week, on 14th August.
Pre-ordering Sleeping Dogs in UK shops will upgrade you to the game’s Limited Edition, which includes two packs of in-game content.
The George St. Pierre pack contains goodies focused on the titular French Canadian mixed martial artist, nicknamed GSP. Gamers get GSP’s signature “flying punch” move and an exclusive GSP outfit including in-game t-shirts, headband and shorts. Wearing the outfit unlocks the punch move and increases players’ grappling and throwing damage.
Then there’s the Police Protection pack. It contains a more normal offering of an exclusive mission, SWAT outfit, assault rifle and SWAT Police van.
