With Death Stranding 2: On the Beach coming soon, Sony has revealed a limited edition DualSense controller for PS5, designed in collaboration with Kojima Productions. This controller features unique graphic elements inspired by the game.
The shape of the controller remains the same as the standard DualSense, but it comes with new colors and logos that are directly linked to the world of Death Stranding 2: On the Beach. The design makes it look like a real in-game object, and knowing Hideo Kojima, there might even be actual in-game references.
Design Features of the New DualSense Controller
What stands out most on the controller is the bright orange emblem and motto of Drawbridge, which is set against a dark background. These design choices make the controller a unique item, perfect for collectors.
In addition to the Drawbridge logo and text on the central trackpad, you’ll notice orange graphic details on the handles and the game’s logo on the back of the controller.
The DualSense Wireless Controller – Death Stranding 2: On the Beach Limited Edition will be available in limited quantities at a suggested retail price of $84.99. Pre-orders will start on May 22, 2025, at 10:00 local time on direct.playstation.com.
The controller will be released on June 26, 2025, the same day as the release of Death Stranding 2: On the Beach. You can also pre-order the Collector’s Edition or Digital Deluxe Edition of the game for early access, starting on June 24, 2025.
