Sony Said to Have Tested Gran Turismo 7 on Switch 2
According to Windows Central journalist Jeff Grubb, Polyphony Digital reportedly ran Gran Turismo 7 on Nintendo Switch 2. However, this does not mean that Sony is planning to bring its first-party games to Nintendo’s console. The test would have been done only for experimental purposes, in order to study the potential of a competitor’s hardware.
Just an Experiment, No Official Plans
Based on what was said, there is no reason to expect any announcement. Seeing Gran Turismo 7 released on Nintendo Switch 2 is considered highly unlikely. The reported test appears to have been simply a technical experiment rather than the start of a real port.
