Are you excited for the brand new Terminator movie? Well, you should be because it has everything it takes to become one of the most outstanding films in the science fiction franchise. When it came out in 1984, The Terminator was already ahead of its time as far as special effects are concerned, so as you can probably imagine, Terminator Genisys will blow you away with its CGI. The film’s newest trailer was released today, and it showcases the main characters along with some pretty important plot details. Time travel obviously plays a key role in the film’s storyline. As far as characters go, Sarah Connor, Kyle Reese, John Connor and the Terminator take the center stage and are portrayed by Emilia Clarke (any Game of Thrones fans out there?), Jay Courtney, Jason Clarke and Arnold Schwarzenegger.
Warning, spoilers: Interestingly enough, the producers decided to use the trailer to reveal the fact that John Connor is now part-man/part machine, which would have been nice to find out on our own. At the end of the trailer, we can clearly see a face-off between a younger and an older version of Arnold’s Terminator.
Terminator Genisys is set to launch in UK cinemas on July 3, and something tells me that it will be a huge success. In the meanwhile, you can see the new trailer yourself by clicking below.
