The Division 2 Performance Analysis – 15 Cards Tested!

1080p (Full HD), 1440p (2K), and 2160p (4K)

Without a doubt, we’ve run quite the gamut of cards and resolutions here, and performance reaches from down low to way on high! Right down at the bottom of the charts, we’ve got the affordable cards of last-gen, such as the RX 570, GTX 1060, and RX 580. However, all of them managed to play great at 1080p, and even ran between 50-60 FPS at 1440p. Not bad given we’re using the High graphics profile!

For those sticking with 1080p, but pushing up to 144 Hz, you’ll find a lot of love with anything from the GTX 1080, Vega 64 or the RTX series of cards. Of course, if framerates are your main concern, drop the quality a wee bit. More on that in a moment though.

1440p Gamers?

Well, it’s bloody good news for gamers here too, as hitting that magic 60 FPS proved to be easier than expected. The new GTX 1660 or better yet, the 1660 Ti will more than get the job done for £200. Then again, even the older Vega 56, GTX 1070 and above, will nail it too. 144Hz ? Looks like the RTX cards are the way to go, or even a 1080 Ti if you’re happy with Medium settings.

Glorious 4K

Well, that took the wind out of the sails, didn’t it? Only the RTX 2080 and the RTX 2080 Ti scored above 60 FPS. Medium settings still look fantastic though, seriously! And that’s the way to go if you spend less than a kidney on your last GPU, or simply bought last gen.

The Division 2 gives us both FPS and a score. This is the same pecking order as above, but another way to present the data for your comparison. It’s up to you which chart format you like to compare your own benchmarks with.
