The Duskbloods Release Date May Have Leaked Through Retail Listing
Last year, alongside the reveal of Nintendo Switch 2, we learned about The Duskbloods, a multiplayer action RPG directed by Hidetaka Miyazaki. The game is set to launch exclusively on Nintendo’s new console. The latest information confirms that the title is still planned for release in 2026, although no official date has been announced.
Recently, the game appeared on the Australian Nintendo eShop. The listing did not share new details beyond the 2026 release window, but its presence suggests that an official announcement could be coming soon. This also fits with the possibility of a general Nintendo Direct taking place in the near future.
A Possible March 2026 Release Date
The main clue comes from a Finnish retailer, Konsolinet, which briefly listed the game with a release date of March 27, 2026. That information can no longer be seen, as it has since been updated to December 31, 2026. This is a common placeholder date used when the actual launch date is not confirmed.
Could this be a hint about when the game will arrive? Late March may seem a bit early, but we will have to wait for official confirmation to know for sure.
It’s also worth noting that, according to the developers, The Duskbloods will be the most ambitious game FromSoftware has created so far.
