The iPhone Gets Google+

Owners of iPhones who are already addicts of Google’s new social networking site, Google+, will have an easier time accessing the networking site.

Vic Gundotra, the Social leader over at Google, announced the news, and of course he did it via his Google+ account. As such there is now a Google+ app that can be found in the iTunes App Store but not surprisingly, it is not compatible with all iDevices. In fact, it is currently quite limited. The Compatible devices are currently the iPhone 3G, iPhone 3GS and the iPhone 4. The app will not work with iPad or iPod touch currently, and it requires iOS 3.1 or higher to be installed.

If you are not yet an addict to Google+ I’ll set you off in the right direction: iPhone, meet Google+.
