Thermaltake Announces Tower 200 Mini Chassis

Thermaltake has today announced another iteration into their Tower series of cases with the Tower 200 Mini chassis.

Thermaltake Tower 200

The Tower 200 is an exclusive Mini-ITX case from Thermaltake which despite its size can accommodate an RTX 4090 graphics card proving it to be a case that doesn’t sacrifice performance for its small size. The case maintains its fridge-like design with a tempered glass front panel and perforated side panels for improved cooling performance which are protected with fine dust filters. The well-designed airflow eliminates the common concerns around ITX chassis cooling with cold air coming in from the left, right and bottom being exhausted through the top.

Hardware Support

Whilst reducing its obstruction to your setup with its small size, the Tower 200 has not sacrificed its support for high-end hardware and can still fit plenty inside. The Tower 200 is able to accommodate a CPU cooler with a height of up to 200mm rivalling some full-sized cases. As mentioned earlier the case can support an RTX 4090 with room for a GPU up to 380mm and comes with a GPU stabilizer to prevent the GPU from wobbling during everyday use or travel. The case is also still fully capable of fitting a full-sized ATX power supply with a length of up to 220mm. Moving on to storage there is room for up to two 2.5″ SSDs or two 3.5″ HDDs if the rear fan is not used behind the motherboard tray.

Cooling

The Tower 200 has an optimised airflow plan and comes preinstalled with two CT140 fans on the top and rear of the case with room for another 120mm or 140mm fan on the top of the PSU cover. Users can use up to a 280mm AIO liquid cooler on the right side of the case. The case is designed to intake cold air from the sides and bottom whilst exhausting the hot air through the top and rear behind the motherboard tray ensuring great cooling potential.

Front I/O

The Front I/O is small but handy with one USB 3.2 type-C port paired up with two USB 3.0 ports alongside separate audio and microphone jacks.
