Thermaltake Smart BM3 850W Semi-Modular Power Supply Review

Over Power Protection and Max Wattage

I was expecting this PSU to pull over 1000W for a short period, but much to my surprise, it hit nearly 1500W for a few seconds before the OPP kicked in, so dealing with any big power spikes shouldn’t be an issue. However, keep in mind the PSU isn’t designed to exceed 850W for long periods.
