Ripple
One of the main key features that this power supply pushes is a low ripple scoring. As such, considering that we do test this, it is setting something of a high bar that we will be able to scrutinise.
So, in terms of the results the Thermaltake Toughpower GF1 produced, how did it do? Well, again, remarkably well. Achieving a maximum score of 12.6 this is well below the requirements set by EU regulations and when you look at those 3.3V and 5V results (all below 5) the power is clearly being delivered both smoothly and cleanly.
