Thermaltake View 32 TG Edition Chassis Review

Complete System

Building a system inside the View was an absolute breeze. Some chassis like to throw a few tricks at you that make things awkward, but not this chassis. Thermaltake played it safe here, with no PSU shroud, plenty of space, and cable routing grommets virtually everywhere. The interior doesn’t innovate, but it does take note of years of knowledge of what works well.

It’s not the biggest chassis in the world, but it’s still quite spacious on the interior. The Noctua NH-D15S is as big as coolers come. However, it fits with ease, leaving good clearance on all sides. I’m very happy with the stock airflow on this chassis too.

Two fans in the front pull air in from the lower part of the panel, exhausting out the back and passively from the top. For air cooled systems, you need do nothing else. However, if you wanted to go custom loop, it’s certainly an accommodating chassis for it.

There’s plenty of width beyond the GPU too, meaning additional tubing for custom loop will fit with ease. Cable routing from the PSU nicely handed too, even without a shroud, I think it looks pretty tidy here.

Storage Mounts

The dedicated 2.5″ trays look fantastic too, showing off the SSD besides the motherboard while hiding cable routing well.

With the windows shut, the tinted glass hides a lot of the black fittings of the chassis. The LED lighting of your hardware and the fans providing a subtle glow that looks fantastic, even in a brighter room.

With glass on almost every side, you can really show off your hardware, without it looking overbearing.

Overall, this is a fantastic looking chassis, with good airflow management, plenty of room, and surprisingly competent cable routing.
