The original Titanfall game launched on PC and Xbox One with a decent amount of success, although the PC player base dwindled fairly rapidly. From my own experience, the PC version was enjoyable and ran smoothly on a number of different configurations. Evidently, EA aims to turn Titanfall into a major franchise and release various sequels. The latest entry, Titanfall 2 is a multi-platform title and I’m interested to see how the game compares to its predecessor. In a really comprehensive blog post, Titanfall 2 producer Drew Mccoy unveiled the PC minimum requirements and even informed users what hardware they’ll need to achieve 60 frames-per-second on a 4K monitor:

This exceptional array of options bodes well for the PC version and it looks likely that the game will be a technical treat. Judging by the requirements and options menu, Titanfall 2 should run smoothly and take advantage of PC hardware to its full potential.
