Price
The Tt eSPORTS Cronos Go headset is available from Scan.co.uk for a very reasonable £35.75, which is excellent value for money given the multi-purpose nature of the headset, as well as the overall design, as many headsets in this price range look and feel quite cheap, but the Cronos Go certainly does not.
Overview
Tt eSPORTS have proven once again that they can deliver a competitive and feature packed product at a very wallet-friendly price tag. Are there better headsets on the market? Of course, Tt eSports even make a few headsets I’d rather own than the GO! That’s not to say this is a bad headset, of course, because for around £35, you’re going to have a very hard time finding anything that can beat the value on offer here.
The build quality is very good. It’s sturdy enough to survive a few knocks and bumps and feels robust when you’re handling it, so taking it out on your adventures shouldn’t prove to be an issue at all. The fact that it folds down will help keep it a little safer when you put it in your backpack, and the durable and nicely braided cables certainly improve the overall quality and aesthetics.
The design is great, with a mixture of nicely finished blacks and red highlights, even more so if/when you fire up the LED lighting, as those Tt Dragons look great on the back of the ear cups, even if they’re far from essential. The dual cable design is a nice touch too, a longer cable with an in-line controller for when you’re sitting at your desk, and a small and less obtrusive cable for mobile use. This also means you can leave the big cable hooked up to your gaming PC, but keep the mobile cable in your bag, so you always have the right one with you wherever you take the headset.
The driver performance is certainly competitive, perhaps not as refined as a larger over the ear design headset, but on par or above anything else in this price range. The bass performance is robust, and mid and treble come through bright and clear, so you shouldn’t have any complaints there. The microphone is better than expected too, working just as well for team based games as it does for answering a few phone calls on the go.

Cons
“A great sounding headset back up with a stylish design, even better, it’s fantastic value for money and the TteSPORTS Cronos Go would make a great entry-level headset for those on a tight budget.”
