The box is heavily redesigned since the Gen 1 headset launch. It’s a much cleaner and more stylish design. There’s a lot more grey, and hints of Xbox Green, a nice clean image of the headset, and all the main features are nicely detailed. The box even says it supports the “new Xbox” meaning, next-gen.
Around the back, a nice breakdown of all the main features, with lovely pictures too. I like this design, it gets all the facts in and looks really smart too.
The box is thick and durable, with a layer of foam on the front to prevent the headset from getting damaged.
The headset is protected by a moulded cardboard recess. Below the headset, you’ll find all the usual documentation.
Also in the box, you’ll find a USB A to USB C charging cable, other than that, it’s ready to go!
