Valve Reveals Full 2026 Steam Event Calendar: Next Fests, Festivals, and Seasonal Sales Confirmed
Valve has unveiled the complete 2026 calendar of events coming to Steam, including multiple Steam Next Fests, themed festivals, and the much-anticipated seasonal sales. The announcement covers the entire second half of 2026 while also confirming the schedule for the first half of the year, giving players a clear view of when to expect major discount events.
The lineup brings back a wide range of themed festivals focused on specific genres and topics — from cooking and cyberpunk games to tower defense titles and RPGs with auto-battles. Between these, players can look forward to the Steam Next Fests, which let users try hundreds of game demos, and the seasonal sales, perfect for grabbing great deals on top titles.
One of the most notable additions this year is a new initiative tied to Black Friday. Although Valve won’t be launching a separate sale, Steam will highlight games already discounted for the occasion. This means users will be directed to the Special Offers Hub, making it easier to spot the best ongoing promotions.
