Could Vanquish be Heading to PC?

Vanquish is an awesome game, but it’s been locked away in the world of console gaming for so long, I had almost forgotten it even existed. Now it looks like the developers at PlatinumGames may be teasing an imminent PC release announcement.
A 22KB update for Bayonetta’s PC version saw just a single image from Vanquish uploaded to the games “Extra” folder on Steam. What on Earth would be the point of this if not a teaser or easter egg of the upcoming announcement? Keep in mind, they did something similar for Bayonetta, so the hype is real right now.
The image of Sam Gideon, the lead character of Vanquish was uploaded as the “teaser”. Keep in mind that PlatinumGames recently said they would love to port all of their back catalog to PC, with the final decision being down to the publishers.
