This Gaming PC Has More than a Few Bugs! – Video

I daresay that anyone who has ever attempted building their own gaming PC has, probably more than once, experienced a few bugs lurking in the machine. In a literal sense, though? I doubt it! – Following a video posted by Reddit user ‘u/lazylollipop‘, however, he has more problems than just a couple of driver issues or BSODs. He has, instead, a whole army of ants seemingly making their home in his system!

Ants Invade Gaming PC

Now, the best I can personally report in this instance is once finding a money spider making his web in the corner of my case. Following the video posted below, however, we can see literally hundreds of ants swarming this person’s motherboard, AIO cooler, graphics card, and probably lots of other places we really wouldn’t want any sort of lifeform making its residence.

The post itself, with the video below, simply reads:

“My CPU/GPU got infested by ants when I was gone for a month. I played games and ran benchmarks so they would come out cos of heat. Also left my pc running overnight but they still inside. Help”

What Do We Think?

The chances are that the ants have been attracted to this gaming PC because of the heat it’s providing. Therefore, rather than attempting to ‘cook’ them out of it (as the post would suggest), the Reddit user might’ve been better off putting their PC somewhere notably cold for a little while to see if they would decide to abandon ship!

Failing which, however, clearly having such creatures residing in your system is not a good idea. Particularly if they decide to start exploring some of the more electrically sensitive areas such as the PSU. Besides completely stripping this system down and/or blasting it out with air, however, I’m not sure I have much more constructive advice to offer to this truly bizarre situation.
