Warhammer Vermintide DLC ‘Death on the Reik’ Now Available

Just because Warhammer Vermintide II is on schedule for a Q1 2018 release, it does not mean developer Fatshark can’t produce more content for the first title. Which is why the latest Warhammer End Times Vermintide DLC ‘Death on the Reik’ is now available.
“The announcement of Vermintide 2 does not slow things down for our heroes at present, as the Skaven continue to execute their insane plans and attacks” says Martin Wahlund, CEO Fatshark. “The adventure is still expanding, and all heroes are needed if we are to come out victorious”.
This DLC brings the players two new levels called Reikwald Forest and The River Reik. One of the Inn Keeper’s men has stolen some of his dangerous books and run off, with the Skaven in hot pursuit. It is up to the players to find and burn the books before it falls into the wrong hands. The DLC also adds a new melee weapon type called the Ceremonial Dagger for Sienna Fuegonasus, a fiery blade that allows her to ignite her foes with.
It is available now on Steam for $6.99 USD or €6.99 EUR. Those who have a Warhammer Vermintide 2 pre-order gets this DLC for free. It should already be available in-game when they sign-in.
