Starting at the front of the box we can see the Warhead 7.1 comes in a fairly plain looking box, but features a really nice product shot of the headset on its wireless transmitter/stand, the box design is fairly similar in style to that of the MadCatz MLG Pro Controller.

Around the back is a different story though, with an array of features listed on the box, such as the true wireless chat, 7.1 dolby surround sound, 5.8 GHz wireless technology, 50mm drivers and the rechargeable batteries.

With the slip cover taken off of the box we can see a really nice technical drawing design of the headset and in the middle we have an orange package that contains all the relevant instruction booklets, one thing is for certain, it all looks very stylish and we haven’t really opened the box properly yet.

With the box open I’m reminded of Dr Whos Tardis as one component after the other spills out of the compact packaging, in the box we find the headset its self, two colour coded batteries (1 x orange, 1 x grey), the wireless transmitter and a clip on bracket that makes it double as a headset stand, a power lead that comes will a full complement of UK, European and American adaptors, Toslink audio cable, 3.5mm to Aux adaptor cable, slimline (so not to conflict with HDMI cable) Xbox AV to optical adapto and of course the detachable microphone. Which I think you will agree is a competent assortment of accessories, all of which feel built to a premium standard when handing them, as you would hope with a product in this price range.
