He’s far from excited – and so will you be when you see this robot that rides a quad bike. In a landscape that looks as baron as the middle of Siberia, “the world’s most powerful person” looks less than impressed by Russia’s latest developments in military technology.
Apparently, this ‘rider’ is a “combat robot” that is part Russia’s efforts towards autonomous weapons. I don’t know if it’s just me, but where’s the “combat”?

well USA on their autonomous planes didnt even take it off the ground…. they just said “it works and it can bomb and terrorize even more countries” and UK didnt even said anything about their drone
