Xbox Introduces Shift Controller Series Customization Through Design Lab

Back in 2021, Xbox released their Shift Special Edition controller series which included Aqua Shift, Lunar Shift and Stellar Shift controller designs. Today Xbox has announced that these Shift controller designs are now available through Xbox Design Lab with various colour designs and customization options.

Xbox Design Lab Shift Controllers

The Shift series takes its inspiration from “exploring distinct realms” and each controller design has a story tied to it. The Aqua Shift controller symbolizes the sea with its blue shimmer colour design. The Lunar Shift embodies the aura of the moon with a silver-gold shimmer. The Stellar Shift is inspired by the depths of space what deep purples and blues mimicking the mysterious themes of the galaxy. Finally, the new Cosmic Shift which is exclusive to Xbox Design Lab encapsulates the endpoint of the Shift journey with a white-pink shimmer reminiscent of a star-filled nebula.

The Xbox Design Lab allows you to take these colour options and further customize them with options for the D-Pad, buttons, bumpers, triggers and back case to tailor it to your specific style.

Where Can I Learn More?

Xbox Design Lab is a great tool for those who love a bit of flair with their controller, you can customise your own controller at the design lab website where prices start from $69.99.
