Xbox Users Can Now Play Purchased Titles on the Cloud
Microsoft has announced a new feature for Xbox consoles that allows users to play directly on the cloud with the games they have already purchased.
Requirements for Cloud Gaming on Xbox
To use this new cloud gaming feature, Xbox Series X, Series S, and Xbox One users will need to have the game they wish to play already purchased and be subscribed to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. Additionally, a good internet connection with a stable bandwidth and low latency will be required to ensure smooth gameplay.
The Benefits of Playing Games on the Cloud

The main advantage of being able to play games directly from the cloud is that you don’t need to download updates or install the game. This can save a lot of storage space on your console. Plus, it’s a fast way to start playing without any delays or waiting for large files to download.
This feature, however, is more specific and may not become a main feature for every user. It’s mainly for those who need quick access to their games without worrying about storage or download times. But it’s still a great extra option for Xbox users with access to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.
Xbox also allows users to play games through the cloud on other devices, like Samsung Smart TVs, Amazon Fire TV devices, smartphones, VR headsets like Meta Quest, and PCs and tablets.
Currently, the “Stream Your Own Game” feature is available for about 100 Xbox games, but more titles will be added soon.
