The box is pretty much what we see from other Alphacool products, a durable brown box with a stylish image of the product on the front. Actually, that’s the front product, we have the quad-fan version, but the box shows the triple-fan version… hmmm.
Still, we can see that this is indeed the Pro ES 2U, the connectors, socket support, and fan specifications at a glance.
Everything is well packed, with a single foam insert separating the hardware. I would have preferred a cardboard moulded tray though, as it’s easier to recycle.
There are brackets for basically every major socket from however many years here, the backplate, brackets, and arms are all extremely thick metal, so nothing here is going to flex!
