 Whilst the 7700 series cards won’t be packing the same punch that we’ve seen from the recent 7900 series cards, this is not to say that they have nothing to offer and shout about.  The 7700 series cards based on the new 28nm Architecture will still offer up the same features as we find on the 7900 series cards such as zero core technology which reduces the cards power draw in its idle state to below 3W,
