Firstly, we’ve got some very competitive memory performance here; the R5 1400 is certainly pulling its weight. However, please keep in mind that we used a faster memory kit for our R5 testing compared to our R7 testing.
Memory Latency
Ryzen latency is always high, which is a shame, but as seen in the test above, it’s not hurting real-world performance.
