According to a report, AMD is working on a dual-chip 1+ GHz card, however its not confirmed if it will based on Tahiti. Codenamed, Malta, this card should be the fastest card from AMD. This card will most likely surpass 1050MHz, just like how the Asus’ ARES2 does. It remains to be seen if it can compete with Nvidia’s latest graphics card; the GeForce Titan.
The card is expected to launch by the first half of 2013 and will be available via any GPU partners. It’s also being said that this card will be under HD 7000 series, so AMD is not yet done with the HD 7xxx model series just yet.
