The GX330 may not be the most refined chassis in the world, but it still has all the right things in all the right places. It’s not over the top, but it’s perfectly capable throughout. As you can see, our demo system fit with ease, and without a doubt, it looks pretty fantastic too.
The lack of a full shroud hardly seems an issue either. The bulk of the cables go right out of sight. Furthermore, we can bring the GPU cables right up the side, which cuts down on cable trail.
I was worried that the Noctua cooler wouldn’t fit due to its height, as it’s actually sticking out a few millimetres. However, the side panel is raised, allowing it to fit just fine, albeit above the recommended spec of the chassis. The rear fan looks superb with its blue LED too, giving a soft glow throughout the chassis.
The angled cable routing holes are easy to work with too. Also, the limited cable routing space proved to be no issue in the end.
In the front, you’ll find another 120mm LED fan glowing away, adding even more colour to this stunning light show we have.
The light bar on the front is nice too. Of course, all of this is hooked up to the fan controller switch. On low, the lights dim a little with the lower fan speed, high, it’s brighter, and turn the fans off, the lights go off too.
