A Closer Look – Interior

With the side panel removed, the interior looks pretty good actually. It’s obvious the case is a little shorter from front to back, but it should still support most modern GPUs anyway. It’s obviously just tall enough for the ATX motherboard too, which again, is absolutely fine. Dotted around the motherboard area, you’ll find a load of cable routing cut-outs, a larger one behind the motherboard for the CPU cooler mounting, and all the stand-offs are pre-installed too.

There’s a built in PSU shroud, albeit one that’s full of ventilation holes. You can actually mount 2 x 120mm fans here, albeit I can’t imagine why you would. I do like the viewing cut-out on the side of the PSU and those extra routing holes though.

In the rear, we can see that the expansion slots all use snap-off covers. As usual, I hate those damn things. However, at this price range, it’s expected that there would be compromise and these are hardly a deal breaker.

Above that, you’ll find a single 120mm fan setup at the exhaust. It comes with a 4-pin PWM header as well as a MOLEX should you truly have a terrible motherboard with no fan headers, ha!

The front panel doesn’t come with any fans pre-installed. However, it’s perfect for adding your own fans, or even fitting your AIO cooler here.

Plus, you can get even more fans up in the top. The cooling potential of this tiny case is impressive, albeit, perhaps also excessive.

Behind the motherboard, you’ll find there’s a little bit of room for cable routing. It’s not particularly extensive, but it’ll just about do. Of course, the PSU shroud will hide the bulk of your excess cable anyway.

Plus, there are cable tie loops everywhere, ensuring things are kept neat and tidy.

Below the PSU shroud, there’s a removable HDD bay, allowing you to add your 3.5″ drives. This bay can also be moved further back to free up more radiator space in the front panel.

Of course, at the back, you’ll find room to mount the PSU also. Now, let’s get a system build!
