Antec P10 FLUX Mid-Tower Case Review

Antec has been around longer than I can remember, and even my first custom-built PC case was in an Antec case, and it had cathode lighting and everything! Of course, Antec is still going strong, and they look set to grab the attention of the enthusiast yet again with their new P10 Flux design. Rather than being built for flashy looks, or drowned in RGB, this one is built purely for performance. I think the RGB trend is slowing down and people are shifting back to stealthier builds, with a focus on higher airflow and low noise. I mean, that’s no bad thing, and to suit the market, it looks like Antec has the solution!

Antec P10 FLUX

Rather than opting for flashy lighting and tempered glass, you get thicker steel and durable sound-dampening materials instead. That includes the front panel, as well as both side panels to help reduce unwanted noise. While the case is designed to look like it’s closed up tightly, that’s far from the truth. It supports six fans but comes equipped with five as standard, and a design that pulls in cool air from all four sides of the front panel, the bottom of the case, as well as the right-side panel. Plus, Antec has given it tightly fitting air filters, and a built-in fan-speed controller, ensuring your system runs cooler, clean and quiet!

Features

• Sound-Dampening front panel with a brushed metallic effect.
• Swing open & reversible front panel design.
• The maximum rotation angle of the door can reach up to 145 degrees (Max).
• Airflow concentrated design with bars at various heights in the front panel.
• Sound-dampening foam on both steel side panels.
• Built-in Fan speed controller(High & Low), supports up to 6 x 3-pin fan connectors.
• I/O Ports with dust plugs.
• 7 PCI-E expansion slots.
• Supports up to 6 fans (5 fans included).
• F-LUX Platform-GPU Enhanced Structure for ultimate airflow.

What Antec had to Say

“When Intel and AMD announced their latest CPUs, they all deliver remarkable performance upgrades and better productivity, it also means the functional requirement of PC equipment needs to be taken to the next level, especially the thermal performance. What is the F-LUX Platform? The definition of FLUX is Flow Luxury. The F-LUX Platform is a new industry-leading and highly efficient design by Antec featuring an advanced case structure for excellent airflow combined and 5 x 120 mm fans included. A core element of the design ethos was to enhance GPU cooling performance.” – Antec
