Arctic Accelero Twin Turbo 6990 VGA Cooler Review

With the cooler installed you can see how the extra heatsinks in the middle cover operating components like the VRM, we hope they will keep them cooler but with a lack of direct airflow the temperatures may be a bit hit-and-miss.

Here is a nice shot of all the 5 copper heat pipes stemming out from the first GPU on the card.

One thing we started to noticed once we had the cooler installed was that it is really difficult to take the 8 pin power connectors in and out because there isn’t much room between the heatsink and the power connectors. You can just about apply enough pressure to slide the power cables out, it becomes significantly more difficult when you have 6+2 pin power cables instead of 8 pin power cables.
