Rendering Performance
Cinebench was a mixed bag for all of the kits we tested, surprisingly the best performer by the biggest margin was the bare SK Hynix DIMMs we tested. The Asgrad kit ended up above the worst performer but by a very small margin compared to the score of the SK Hynix kit.
In Blender we almost saw every score being the same, the only kit to score any different was the bare SK Hynix DIMMs.
Corona saw a better spread of results but unfortunately for Asgard the AESIR was the worst time of the lot, being 4 seconds behind the next worst kit. Admittedly this difference in time is very small and doesn’t have much real world value as 4 seconds difference on a render is practically nothing, but this time difference could multiply on a longer render.
