A Closer Look
The fans are the latest Pure Wings 3 design, and they are quite simply some of the best fans we’ve ever tested, delivering big airflow and extremely low noise, having tested these on other be quiet! coolers in recent months, they’re simply amazing.
They operate at up to 2100 RPM too, a big increase over the lower RPM models they’ve used in the past, but again, they operate at 36.8 dBa even at full speed.
The radiator looks stunning, with a very clean design with just a simple Pure Loop 2 logo down the side, and a nice jet-black coating on the rest.
The block is just a cold plate and a cooling chamber, so it’s pretty compact and features a brushed aluminium top plate with an ARGB lit trim.
There’s a large cold plate on the bottom, polished to a mirror finish.
The block is so small because it doesn’t contain the pump, as that is located on the tubing and closer to the radiator. This double-decoupled design will help reduce and absorb any unwanted vibration noises from the pump.
The radiator is a 360mm design and supports the mounting of the fans on either side, you can set it up in a push or pull configuration to suit your installation needs.
