be quiet! Pure Power 11 FM 850W Power Supply Review

Fan Speed

Offered as one of the key features of practically any be quiet! product (it would be a funny brand name if it wasn’t!), the acoustic performance of the Pure Power 11 FM was excellent. Regardless of the load output, the fan speed never exceeded a speed of around 525-550 RPM. – Admittedly, it was a little unusual, and counterintuitive I might add, that the fan speed did seem to increase slightly as the load output was lowered. On the whole, however, it would appear that the fan has been specifically designed to operate within this range, and, in terms of noise, we can say that it is barely audible.
