Be Quiet! Straight Power E9 680W Review

Internally the unit has a very clean design that is based off the FSP Aurum Gold platform. The black PCB is nice to see too and it is very in keeping with Be Quiet’s aesthetic philosophy.
The cooling is provided by a Silent Wings Fan capable of up to 1800 RPM.
The rear features the AC line filtering with two Y capacitors.
The far right features a PFC coil and two rectifying bridges.
The primary capacitor is an 85 degrees Celsius rated CapXon Chinese capacitor. Unfortunately as a cost saving measure Japanese capacitors have been missed out.
To front we have a whole bunch more Chinese capacitors as well as all the front cables which run through to the PCB.
At the front you can see the PCB mounted modular cable connectors.
