BenQ ZOWIE Releases Special Edition EC Series Mice

BenQ announced a new and special edition of the popular ZOWIE EC1-A and EC2-A mice. The new special edition mice feature a glossy white coating, offering gamers a different feeling from the standard edition.

The original EC1 and EC2 mice were black and the new white edition looks a lot fresher. The colour wasn’t just chosen for the looks, it’s also practical. Fingerprints and sweat marks will be less visible on this new glossy finish. Besides the look and added benefit of less-visible marks, the mouse also provides a hand feeling that a lot of people prefer.

Other than that, the specifications should be exactly as they are on the original EC series. The difference between the EC1 and EC2 is the size, one is medium built and the other one is large. Both come with 5 buttons and they are designed for both palm and claw grip. The DPI is adjustable in steps of 400, 800, 1600, and 3200 DPI while the report rate is adjustable at 125, 500, and 1000 Hz.

EC Series

The new EC1-A White and EC2-A White will be available in selected stores worldwide. The availability should be announced on the companies official social media platforms, so keep an eye on them if you’re interested in these new and glossy mice.
