CaseLabs Now Offering Mercury Series in Two-Tone Colors

American case manufacturer CaseLabs has begun offering their Mercury line of computer cases in two-tone color options. The entire Mercury line uses an all-aluminum construction and is highly customizable. Users can choose between the Mercury S3, S5 and the S8 with matching pedestal to house high-end components. The new two-tone color option applies to alternate internal options which differ from the external one. These two-tone upgrade costs just $10.00 USD more than the stock uniform look. Users can also choose between black, white, gunmetal and red interiors.

Those who are familiar with the Mercury line know just how massive these cases are. The smallest Mercury S3 for example measures 268mm x 382mm x 379mm. That does not even include the optional pedestal.The S8 is the largest, supporting EATX motherboards measuring 369mm x 483mm x 476mm.

When they say highly customizable, they truly mean it. Since CaseLabs does not outsource to an OEM and have manufacturing control, they can offer custom etching, and alternate per-piece options. Each upgrade or custom option just adds $10 to $35 USD depending on the feature. Users can even choose the motherboard tray size. It is completely modder friendly, and comes with vandal-style LED power and reset switches with sleeved cables.

Pricing and Availability

The CaseLabs Mercury S3 has a base price of $289.95, while the Mercury S5 starts at $359.95. The pedestal for the S3 and the S5 costs $159.95 and $179.95 respectively. The top of the line Mercury S8 starts at $469.95, with the matching pedestal available for $199.95. The two-tone color options are available for only $10.00. However, for a limited time until September 30, users can get it completely for free.
