Corsair Hydro Series H80 Liquid CPU Cooler Review

Overclocked CPU TemperaturesWe repeated the testing procedures with our Intel Core i7 2600K CPU overclocked to 4.4GHz using a BIOS voltage of 1.240V which crept up to a maximum of 1.288V under load conditions. We must remind you that we have recently discovered our processor runs slightly hotter than usual, but seeing as all tests use the same CPU, the results aren’t biased.

Cooling overclocked CPUs is where the H80 really shines! It leaves the competing air coolers trailing in the distance and offers brilliant performance. The potential for very high CPU frequencies and voltages is certainly viable with the H80.
