DeepCool CK560 Mid-Tower Case Review

How Much Does it Cost?

The DeepCool CK560 Mid-Tower Case is available now for just £93.99, which I think is a pretty great deal given the overall package. The inclusion of four good quality fans certainly adds to the value for money, and with tempered glass, the PSU shroud, dust filters and more, it’s really on point for a sub £100 mid-tower.

Overview

I’ve been a long-time fan of DeepCool, as they often do things just a little bit differently in terms of design, and that’s certainly still true with their CK560 PC case. I think that front panel design is seriously cool, and while so many cases make their funky front panels out of plastic, this one is largely metal and that really sets it apart. It’s such a unique look, but still has all the DNA we see in the rest of the DeepCool range, so if you’re using their CPU coolers, AIOs, PSU and more, it’s going to look right at home with the CK560.

The build quality is really good too, and while I’d like to see a few minor changes, there’s nothing here that would put me off of a potential purchase. The cable routing is a bit messy, as the pre-installed fans use daisy chain splitters, and a PCB hub would look neater, but again, hardly a deal breaker. The overall cable routing options are very good, but a vertical routing hole in the PSU shroud would take it to the next level.

Airflow and cooling are excellent here, with four pre-installed fans, there’s little need for most users to ever need to expand on that. However, with additional ventilation at the top, the system can easily get rid of excess heat. If you did want to change things out, there’s plenty of room for some liquid cooling or larger fans if you wanted to go that route.

Should I Buy One?

DeepCool has created a really nice case here, it’s not reinventing the market with its overall design, but it’s hitting all the right marks for a mid-tower ATX case, with plenty of quality-of-life features that make for an easy build and maintenance. A stylish front panel, big tempered glass windows, a huge PSU shroud, and more, all add up to a great look PC build for a good price. Highly recommended.
