A Closer LookThe Designcord has a unique design and features four Type G style UK plug ports. The ingenious feature with the Designcord is that it features fixed sockets. By having fixed sockets, it means that you can wind or unwind the cord and the sockets including any devices that may be plugged in will stay in place. The sockets also feature child protection features too.
The back of the unit includes the typical sticker with some relevant logos engraved into the plastic casing.
As we can see, our particular unit comes with a UK style plug, but being a product that’s developed in the Netherlands, other types of plugs are available.
The top of the unit features a black button in the middle of the green casing to wind the reel back into place.
The base of the Designcord has four rubber feet so that it doesn’t slip off any surfaces and retains contact.
