Developers Already Working on Xbox One VR HMD

Rumours have already suggested Microsoft will reveal their own VR headset for Xbox One at next years E3, but now we’re hearing that some developers are already using an Xbox One VR Head Mounted Display (HMD). This makes sense, as it can take months, even years to create games, technical demonstrations and more. If Microsoft really is going to show up to E3 with some VR hardware, there must be someone out there working on the software.

Unfortunately, there’s no information about the hardware they’re running, but with Oculus Rift on PC and Morheus on PlayStation 4, it’s likely we’ll see something fairly similar from Microsoft.

With any luck, we’ll hear a few leaks from behind closed doors at CES2015 next month.

Thank you VR Focus for providing us with this information.
