ENDORFY GEM Plus Wireless Ultralight Gaming Mouse Review

How Much Does it Cost?

The ENDORFY GEM Plus Wireless Lightweight Wireless Gaming Mouse is available right now from many major retailers, and we’ve found it on Amazon for £98.83. Admittedly, that’s not “cheap” but this is a feature-packed gaming mouse that can hold its own against any of the other big-name brands at this price range, such as the SteelSeries Aerox 3, Logitech G Pro, Xtrfy M8, and a few others, all which have broadly similar specifications, give or take a few changes to the weight and ergonomics shape.

Overview

A lot of gaming mice in the £100-ish price bracket do tend to look like they’re trying too hard to stand out with outlandish body designs, colours and RGB, but I think ENDORFY has made the right call playing it relatively traditional with the body design and RGB integration here. This mouse wouldn’t look out of place in the office (with the RGB turned off), and yet it’s packing all the hardware required to make it a serious contender in the eSports and enthusiast gaming market.

The sensor and switch combo of PixArt PAW3395 running at 26000 DPI with flawless tracking, and the Kailh GM 8.0 switches which are rated for 80M clicks and are some of the most responsive, tactile and durable switches on the market right now make it a truly well-rounded gaming mouse.

I like that they’ve been able to keep the weight so low while maintaining a solid body top panel too, I like the mesh look too, but this just feels more natural and looks more mature to me, which I like. There are some mesh cut-out patterns on the bottom to trim weight, but honestly, if I can’t see it when I’m using it, it doesn’t really matter what it looks like on the underside. The lightweight design and the PTFE feet make this a very light and nimble mouse, great for twitchy FPS gaming and it’s just easy on the ol’ wrists while I’m working too.

Should I Buy One?

ENDORFY is getting everything right recently, with great cases, coolers, and now peripherals, and I hope to see that trend continue, as we have a few more products of theirs in the pipeline! The GEM Plus Wireless hits the mark for competitive gamers, with a lightweight design, great connectivity options, durable build quality, long battery life, and a great sensor and switch combo. Really, there’s nothing bad I can say about it, it’s a great gaming mouse.
