eVGA Is The GPU King?

Nvidia have many different partners, or AIB’s including Asus, Club3D, Gigabyte, MSI and Zotac to name but a few, but some of you may not know, but Evga are also there. Obviously different regions deal with different markets, as we find the likes of Galaxy being branded as KFA2 in the UK as a simple example.

Evga, no matter what the region, are known as the same brand, whether you look at the UK, Canada, or the US and that’s a good thing as it keeps brand awareness and familiarity at an all-time high and people think in such a way that they get to know a brand and to trust them, and this seems to be the whole idea from Evga and that’s one of the things they are renowned for; their support.

We will touch on Evga’s support in a little while, but first wanted to explore the products in their GPU product range a little bit further. Evga have always been known to offer unique products that have a higher quality than most, and that’s why you’ll always pay a little bit more for them, but if you want the best, you must pay for it. Consider Evga as the Ferrari or Lamborghini of the graphics card world.

Classified

Classified is simply put, the best of the best and it’s not just the card that oozes style and sophistication but the packaging and accessories too. We said that Evga are the Ferrari of the graphics card world, and it’s the Classified range that puts them there.

Their latest GTX 590 Classified comes in a box that’s bigger than most motherboards or monitors come in, and everything is packaged nicely together to give an up-market feel for a card that will simply blow your socks off.

Superclocked

Superclocked speaks for itself really and offers a highly overclocked card that gives unparalled performance compared to its reference counterpart. Evga offer different type coolers, but the sensible option would be to go for the DS range with its improved dual fan design cooler to give the best heat disappation, especially when overclocked.

One of the latest Superclocked cards is the GTX 580 DS superclocked which offers a much faster core than a reference card and the unique dual fan design to give the best possible cooling to this now overclocked card.

2Win

The 2Win cards have become famous for Evga as they offer two GPU cores in one single card, much like we see on the GTX 590 and 6990 but for a more reasonable price point and utilising some of the hottest technology that we see today.

Their latest 2Win card is based on the GTX 560Ti and gives the user a custom cooler fan design, fantastic performance and great features, all rolled into one card. A card like this is for users thinking about buying two cards, but instead getting the same results in one.

Hydro Copper

Water cooling is becoming a new thing for a lot of consumers, but it offers a much quieter solution than air cooling and opens up a lot of possibilities with what can be done with it. Evga released their Hydro Copper range of cards which come with a factory pre-fitted waterblock for ease of use, whereas other brands require you to mount your own one, and therefore voiding your warranty.

By using a waterblock, it generally offers higher overclocks as well as a smaller design, which is why we find a lot of consumers moving over to waterblock SLI cards which not only perform fantastically, but also look great too
