F1 22 PC Requirements and Announce Trailer Released

Electronic Arts have just revealed that the new F1 22 game will be heading to PC in just a couple of months! Not only that, but they’ve also revealed the PC system requirements too, so you can check out ahead of time if you can run it or not. Of course, it’s not all just about what hardware you’ll need, but the excitement of a new racing game based on one of the biggest motorsports in the world.

There are all the new 2022 updates here too, such as the redesigned cars and rules which are relevant to current championships. There’s the new Miami International Autodrome track too, so that should be fun to check out. The game will feature the authentic lineup of drivers, including all 20 of them and all 10 teams. However, you’ll be able to make your own team too, and show them how it’s really done. There’s the My Team career mode, race head-to-head in split-screen or multiplayer, or in an interesting twist, race a range of supercars from the many big names in the game.

As you can see, it’s not the most demanding game to run, with any modest gaming rig of the last 5 years seemingly capable of getting the job done. That being said, ray tracing needs at least an RTX 2060 or 6700 XT, but that’s hardly surprising either. So, can you run it? Let us know in the comments.
