G2A is a key reseller which gained notoriety for offering customers huge discounts compared to Steam and sponsoring a number of popular Twitch/YouTube channels. Furthermore, TinyBuild did another investigation into the validity of keys and discovered that there was a stolen batch and deactivated the codes. This provides an insight into the risk when buying from marketplace sellers on G2A and similar services.

The main element of this story to focus on is the automatic positive feedback. It’s an absolutely shocking revelation and anti-consumer. Hopefully, G2A bows to consumer pressure and ends this absurd practice very soon.
