It’s one of the easiest reviews I’ll ever have to right. This kit is MUCH faster out of the box than anything we’ve put on this test bench so it’s of little surprise to everyone that it’s the fastest. Not by much in some tests, I have to admit, as the Corsair kit was pretty swift and was a 32GB kit. However, For the read, write and copy speeds there’s a clear advantage. That’s where you make your gains in memory-intensive programs.

Overclocked

The speeds out of the box are already technical an overclock, not a guarantee. The XMP posted first time on the i9-9900K, that doesn’t happen often on kits this high and I hope it’s the same for others too. However, I was able to push that a little higher with minor multiplier and voltage adjustments, nothing crazy. Would this kit do 5000 MHz? Maybe on a good day with a lot of tinkering, but honestly, there’s no need. XMP on this kit is already flying.
