Ah Metro, once again proving your High graphics profile is more like Extra-Ultra. This game is tough to run, even on big and expensive cards, so these results are to be expected. Running this game on Low is suggested for this card. However, even on low, it’s still visually impressive.
£158 is a bit more than I’d like for a low-end gaming card.

Sure, they are louder and use more power, but they are more performant.
And let’s not consider second hand versions of these.

The rx570 (rx470) wich is three years old, is much faster and cheaper than this pile of junk
