How Much Does it Cost?

Despite having cases in their range that cost thousands, the InWin B1 is remarkably great value for money. At just 99 EUR directly from the Inwin eStore, it’s a very affordable case. Keep in mind, you get a premium and unique tempered glass mini-ITX case, but you also get the PSU, and a compact PSU like this wouldn’t come cheap on its own. You can check stock and price at the InWin store here.

Overview

I really like what InWin has done here, it’s unlike any other case I’ve seen over the years, and I’ve reviewed hundreds of them. That being said, something unique and quirky is what I would expect from InWin these days. They’ve constantly delivered truly innovative designs, and a fair few completely bonkers ones too actually, but they’re always different, and that’s what I love.

Build Quality

InWin has a strong reputation for quality and the B1 doesn’t disappoint. While the external body of the case is a plastic design, it feels remarkably durable and as you can see in the pictures, the overall fit and finish of it is what you would expect from a premium brand and product. The internal structure is metal in all the right places, and overall, I’m really pleased with how cleanly all the panels came apart and fit together. I especially love those built-in port for the SATA cables in the back compartment.

Style

Well, it has got more style in this case than some brands have in their whole range. Should it be in a PC store, IKEA, or some high-end fancy furniture department? The answer is yes to all of them. It’s a great thing to look at, and the addition of that dark tinted thick tempered glass panel really completes the look too. However, being able to mount it flat or on its side is the real genius here, and I’m sure any owner will be proud to show this off on their desktop.

Should I Buy One?

With no GPU support, it may put many off. However, for a compact gaming rig using something like the Ryzen 3400G (like we did in this build), it’s perfect. For the kid’s room, the office, or even the living room, the InWin B1 is going to look brilliant wherever you put it. Plus, with the PSU pre-installed, we think it’s incredible value for money too.
