InWin Reveals VE Series Fully Modular ATX 3.0 PSUs

InWin have been making some big moves recently mostly with their innovations in the PC case market. Today however they have announced their latest addition to their product line with the new VE Series PSUs meeting the ATX 3.0 standard and the inclusion of PCIe Gen 5 12VHPWR connections.

InWin VE Series Power Supplies

Available in wattages of 750W and 850W, InWin’s new VE series of power supplies comes with support for the ATX 3.0 standard as well as 12VHPWR Gen 5 connectivity for the latest NVIDIA GPUs. They feature an efficiency rating of 80 Plus Gold and come with all the usual PSU buzzwords including 105°C Japanese aluminium electrolytic capacitors, a Long-life FDB fan, a suite of global certifications, and a full list of safety protection functions including OCP, OVP, UVP, SCP, OTP and OPP. The 135mm FDP fan with zero RPM mode ensures that the hardware stays cool and only turns on once the internal temperature reaches above 50C.

Fully Modular Design

The VE series comes with a fully modular design with flexible, flat black cables making the build process and cable management process a whole lot easier. It comes with all the standard cables including 24-pin ATX, 8-pin CPU, two PCI-Express cables, three SATA cables, 4-pin peripheral power cable, and a 4-pin to floppy adapter for those still rolling in the past. Of course, being ATX 3.0 it also features 12VHPWR which uses a thicker, high-quality 16AWG wire with each pin producing up to 9.5 amps to prevent damage.
