Lian Li 011 Dynamic Der8auer PC Case Review

How Much Does it Cost?

Right now, you can pick up the black 011 Dynamic PC Case on Amazon UK for just £125.00. Surprisingly, the white version is even cheaper too, with prices starting at £115.00. In the US, you can pick one up for $134.39.

Overview

The latest from Lian Li is certainly an impressive beast. While many wouldn’t see the upgrades and changes that have been made, they are there. It’s just better refined for those who want to expand with lots of additional cooling. Sure, it’ll now support an impressive 3 x 360mm radiators, with all the pumps and other bits thrown in too. However, there’s just as much benefit to air cooling, as you can install loads of fans too.

Fans

The fans are an interesting thing to point out. Mostly, because there aren’t any. You will need to provide your own here. That’s no issue for me, as I’m a Noctua loyalist, and would want to use my own anyway. However, if you’re wanting some “free” fans, you may want to look elsewhere in their range. I was a bit shocked to see our cooler was touching the glass though. So, remember folks, measure twice before you order your parts.

Out of Sight, Out of Mind

Pretty much all of your cables, your ugly 3.5″ HDDs, and more can be tucked out of sight here. The dual chamber design makes it extremely easy to get a very clean, high-airflow, and stylish build going. There are good cable routing options, and everything is very well placed to ensure a smooth and easy process throughout. All the major bits are removable too, which should please the modders, but also it just helps with daily install/removal processes too.

Build Quality

Well, if you’ve ever even caught a glance at a Lian Li product, you’ll know damn well that they don’t do “reasonable quality.” They’re a premium brand that has built a solid reputation on class-leading engineering and quality. That’s true of the 011 Dynamic too, with a durable steel frame, all encased in brushed aluminium and tempered glass; glorious!
